What is Momentum Martial Arts?

Momentum Martial Arts is the training facility that will help you meet all of your fitness goals.  We offer structured classes in Kenpo Karate,  Sport Kickboxing, Fitness Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Self Defence.  If you’re looking for something a little more personalized, make an appointment with one of our Personal Trainers who can work with you one-on-one to create a fun and exciting workout that will have you sweating up a storm and loving every minute of it!
