Fierce Fitness Kickboxing is a place where all women are welcome. We know that healthy, happy bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and so our classes are judgement-free zones: no judgement of yourself or others! We do our best to create a safe-space where you can challenge yourself and your body in ways you never thought possible! That’s the really fun part of being an instructor, watching people push past old notions of what their body and mind can do!
Fierce classes are coached by three different women, all of whom are very passionate about kickboxing and fitness, as well as helping our students to meet or exceed their goals.
With multiple classes and times to choose from each week, you’re sure to find the best fit for your fitness goals and schedule.
